A mind of fraying mantras and severed hands
Synaptic canyon gloom claws at glacial pace
Ceaseless aching and heaving, as if it’s the way it’s meant to be
Amalgamation of anxieties
that swirl beneath the breast
A hardening of the artery
leaking from the hollow in my chest
A willing circler of the drain
Breathing black and losing bearings
The nihilist of starving dreams
Writhing in the joy of sorrow
This is all there is for me

Probably the happiest I have ever been to get a surprise release. Using dissonance and technicality for the sole purpose of properly conveying emotional weight, seems like every release leaves no room for improvement, yet somehow the next one surpasses it.

First thing I wanted to write: "This drummer has theoretical knowledge, technical abilities and compositional vocabulary as Lille Gruber (Defeated Sanity), but is better because of high artistic sensitivity which allows him to express emotions of varying intensity." Imagine my face when I've learned it's the same person. A complete virtuoso on every front. Not only the drumming is perfect here. This album is more beautiful and "magical" than anything I've found on DM shelf for a long time.
